Box Office - General Information
Location
The Rick Case Arena Box Office is located inside the Don Taft University Center (UC), in front of the elevators once you enter the UC from the east entrance (Shark Circle). It's between the Shark Store and the RecPlex.

Office Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Event Days:
- Box office hours will vary depending on the event.
- Generally, the box office will open one hour before the start of the event.
- Please check with your specific event for exact hours.
Will Call is not available. Please ensure you have your tickets before arriving at the event.
Accepted Methods of Payment
The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You may also pay using tap-to-pay options, like Apple Pay.
Note: There is an ATM located inside the UC, near the Chick-Fil-A.
Guests using wheelchairs can enter and exit the building through the north or east lobbies of the venue. An elevator is located near the box office for easy access to the arena.
ADA Seating:
All wheelchair-accessible seating is on the second floor of the arena. Wheelchair rentals are not available. Only one guest may accompany individuals requiring wheelchair-accessible seating.
Handicap Accessible Parking:
Handicap accessible parking spaces are available on the first floor of the public parking garage, located approximately 200 yards north of the University Center at 3100 SW Ray Ferraro Jr. Blvd. Only vehicles legally using license plates or window cards for disabled persons are permitted to park in these designated spaces.
Any vehicle may drop off disabled patrons at the east entrance (Shark Circle) of the Don Taft University Center and then park in the garage. Patrons can be met inside the Rick Case Arena.

Wheelchair or Crutch Assistance:
Unfortunately, our staff is unable to provide direct assistance to guests using wheelchairs or crutches due to liability concerns. However, we recommend that guests arrive early to allow for extra time and assistance from others.
Interpreting Services:
If you require interpreting services, please contact the event organizer directly. They can provide information on available interpreting services and how to arrange them. We do not offer these services ourselves but can assist in connecting you with vendors who specialize in interpreting services.
Important: All guests entering the Rick Case Arena will be subject to a physical search and metal detection.

- Animals (Only service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals are not allowed.)
- Backpacks, backpack-style purses, diaper bags, duffle bags, waist packs, and purses larger than 12" x 6" or 12" in size
- Balloons
- Bottles, cans, coolers, and thermoses
- Chains or spikes
- Drugs
- Fireworks
- Laser pointers
- Outside food or beverages
- Strollers
- Weapons
- Wrapped gifts
- Other items deemed dangerous to public safety

The Rick Case Arena is home to Nova Southeastern University's basketball and volleyball teams. NSU students, faculty, and staff receive one free general admission ticket per regular season home event with a valid Event Pass or NSU Sharkcard. Children 12 years of age and under receive free admission to all NSU Athletics regular season events.
