Guest Services

At Rick Case Arena, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please review the following information regarding accessibility, parking, and other important policies.

Guests using wheelchairs can enter and exit the building through the north or east lobbies of the venue. An elevator is located near the box office for easy access to the arena.

ADA Seating:

All wheelchair-accessible seating is on the second floor of the arena. Wheelchair rentals are not available. Only one guest may accompany individuals requiring wheelchair-accessible seating.  

Handicap Accessible Parking:

Handicap accessible parking spaces are available on the first floor of the public parking garage, located approximately 200 yards north of the University Center at 3100 SW Ray Ferraro Jr. Blvd. Only vehicles legally using license plates or window cards for disabled persons are permitted to park in these designated spaces.

Any vehicle may drop off disabled patrons at the east entrance (Shark Circle) of the Don Taft University Center and then park in the garage. Patrons can be met inside the Rick Case Arena.

Service Animals:

Please review the NSU Service and Support Animal Policy.

Wheelchair or Crutch Assistance: 

Unfortunately, our staff is unable to provide direct assistance to guests using wheelchairs or crutches due to liability concerns. However, we recommend that guests arrive early to allow for extra time and assistance from others.

Interpreting Services: 

If you require interpreting services, please contact the event organizer directly. They can provide information on available interpreting services and how to arrange them. We do not offer these services ourselves but can assist in connecting you with vendors who specialize in interpreting services.

There is an ATM located inside the Don Taft University Center, near the Chick-Fil-A. 
No type of banner and/or sign may be brought into the arena, unless authorized by arena management.

The use of cameras, video, or audio recording devices may be prohibited at certain events. Please check with the event organizer for specific guidelines.

Cameras are permitted at NSU athletic events. For the safety of the athletes and participants, please refreain from using flash photography.

The arena offers diaper changing stations in all men’s, women’s, and family restrooms.
Emergency medical services will be provided by the Town of Davie Fire and Rescue Department. Please contact arena management for more information.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Enjoy a variety of food and drink options available at our concession stands. Event catering is available through Chartwells

Proper attire, including shirt and shoes, is required for all guests. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed inappropriately dressed.

Guest Services is located in the East Lobby, near the box office. Here, you can find information on lost and found items and special needs assistance.
Lost items can be claimed from the Arena Management office during the event. After the event, lost items are transferred to NSU Public Safety. Please contact them at (954) 262-8999.

All guests must park in the public parking garage located at 3100 Ray Ferrero, Jr. Blvd. The parking venue is 200 yards north of the Rick Case Arena.

Every vehicle parked on University property must maintain a valid paid permit or "pay to park" using PayByPhone or pay at multi-space meters located near the elevator in the southeast corner of the garage. Parking in a surface lot or different parking garage will incur additional fees.

Parking fees may apply and vary by event. Please check your specific event for details.

Restrooms are located throughout the arena and are handicap accessible.

Inside the arena:

  • 3 Women's restrooms
  • 3 Men's restrooms

Box Office lobby:

  • 1 Women's restroom
  • 1 Men's restroom
  • 1 Family restroom
All guests entering the Rick Case Arena will be subject to a physical search and metal detection.

Only service animals are permitted in the arena. Service animals must be trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities. Emotional support animals are not permitted.

Smoking and tobacco use (including vaping) are prohibited in all Nova Southeastern University facilities and on all university property and other properties owned or leased by the University with no exception.

All guests must present a valid ticket for entry. Children aged 2 and older may require a ticket. Please check specific event information for child ticketing policies. Ticket scalping is prohibited.
